AC/DC Build Out
This project consisted of the complete AC and DC electrical infrastructure required to support a commercial rooftop solar installation.
AC Infrastructure
Power & Energy Tech Solutions completed a 350-foot underground trench installation to route utility and distribution feeders from the service equipment to the solar interconnection point. Scope included installation of the reinforced concrete equipment foundation, electrical raceways, and support systems required to house and protect the project equipment.

DC Infrastructure
The DC scope included installation and integration of the solar generation equipment from the rooftop array through the power conversion systems. Power & Energy Tech Solutions installed inverter systems, inverter combiner equipment, and the complete raceway network required to support the DC collection system.

Racking/ Panelization
This phase of the project focused on the installation of the complete solar array support system and photovoltaic module infrastructure. Power & Energy Tech Solutions performed the installation of all racking components, roof attachment systems, wire management systems, grounding infrastructure, and module placement required to construct the array in accordance with engineering specifications and manufacturer requirements.
The scope included layout verification, attachment point installation, blocking and structural support integration, rail assembly, and final panel placement across the rooftop system. Our team ensured all arrays maintained proper spacing, alignment, drainage clearances, and access pathways while meeting project-specific tilt requirements ranging from 5 to 15 degrees depending on array orientation and engineering design criteria.

Testing Commissioning
The Testing & Commissioning phase represents the final quality assurance process prior to system energization and turnover. Power & Energy Tech Solutions performs comprehensive electrical testing, verification, and commissioning procedures to ensure all equipment, conductors, and system components operate safely, reliably, and in accordance with project specifications.
Our commissioning process includes detailed inspections, documentation, and performance verification of both AC and DC electrical systems. Utilizing industry-standard testing equipment, our team verifies conductor integrity, insulation resistance, grounding continuity, equipment functionality, and overall system performance before final energization.
